All events hosted by The Arc take place at ADA-accessible hotels. Please request an ADA room when you make your reservation if you need it. Attendees are responsible for making sure their hotel rooms meet their needs. Every hotel has a limited number of ADA rooms, and these rooms may have different bathroom set-ups. We recommend calling the hotel when you make your reservation to verify that your room meets your accessibility needs. If you require a support device that the hotel does not provide in its ADA rooms (e.g., wheelchair, shower chair, Hoyer lift), here is a list of vendors who may be able to supply these devices to you.
