Registration Fees and Policies

To complete your registration, please answer all questions on the registration form and hit the Complete Registration button on the last page. You should receive an email that confirms your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Robin Powers at robin@cmig.com. Please direct any other event-related questions to events@thearc.org.

The last day for early bird registration rates was Friday, September 22, 2023. Rates increased after this date.

 The cutoff date for online registration is Monday, October 30. You can register onsite from November 5 – 8.

Full Registration

Full registration includes access to all sessions, meeting materials, and advertised meals.

Support and Accommodations

For those requiring accommodations to fully participate in the National Convention, please advise during the registration process for consideration. We cannot guarantee accommodation requests received within 30 days of the start of the event.

Cancellation Requests

A cancellation fee of $25 will apply to all paid registrations. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by Friday, October 6, 2023 to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after Friday, October 6, 2023. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Attendee substitutions are gladly accepted.

The Arc’s National Convention reserves the right to review and refund all registration fees it deems appropriate.


To transfer your full registration prior to the event, please submit a written request to robin@cmig.com.

On-site transfers must be accompanied with proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Questions? Registration and attendance at, or participation in, The Arc’s National Convention constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by the National Convention and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.
