Registration Information

To complete your registration, please answer all questions on the registration form and hit the Submit button on the last page. You will receive an email that confirms your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact events@thearc.org.

**This rate applies to all direct support professionals (DSPs). Personal care attendants (PCAs) must be supporting an attendee at the event to receive this rate.

Safety and Protocol

The National Convention is committed to producing and delivering exceptional programming while focusing on the health and well-being of our attendees. Do not travel to the National Convention if you have a positive test result for any illness. You should not participate in sessions if you become sick at any time while attending. Please operate on the assumption that there are others present who are at heightened risk for severe illness and conduct yourself accordingly. By presenting yourself at the registration counter, you are confirming that you have observed the precautions described above.

Accessibility, Support, & Accommodations

For those who require accommodations to fully participate in the National Convention, please advise during the registration process for consideration. We cannot guarantee accommodation requests made less than 30 days before the start of the event.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation Request Deadline: Monday, September 30

To receive a refund (minus a $25 cancellation fee), you must submit a cancellation request in writing to events@thearc.org by Monday, September 30, 2024. No refunds will be issued for requests received after the cancellation request deadline.

The Arc’s National Convention reserves the right to review and refund all registration fees it deems appropriate. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Attendee substitutions are gladly accepted.

Transfers

Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.

To transfer your full registration prior to the event, please submit a written request to events@thearc.org. On-site transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation email.

Rights/Usage

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, The Arc’s National Convention constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by the National Convention and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.
