Registration Information

Registration Fees and Policies

To complete your registration, make sure to answer all questions and hit the Complete Registration button on the last page of the form. You should receive an email that confirms your registration. 

Please be prepared with your payment information prior to starting registration. 

Standard Rates: Full Event

Standard Registration Rate Expires After: Friday, August 27, 2021

(Late rate applies after this date)

Full registration includes access to all sessions, meeting materials, and advertised meals.
One-day registration includes access to one day of sessions and advertised meals for that day.

Cancellation Requests

A cancellation fee of $25 will apply to all paid registrations. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by Friday, August 27, 2021 to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after Friday, August 27, 2021. Submit all requests to Robin Powers via email at robin@cmig.com. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Attendee substitutions are gladly accepted. The Arc’s National Convention reserves the right to review and refund all registration fees it deems appropriate.

Transfers

To transfer your full registration prior to the event, please submit a written request to Robin Powers at robin@cmig.com. On-site transfers must be accompanied with proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Questions? Accommodations

All attendees who are in need of accommodations (ASL interpreters, closed captioning, large print, etc.) must note this on their registration form or contact us at events@thearc.org. We cannot guarantee accommodations for requests received with less than 30 days-notice.

Rights/Usage

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, The Arc’s National Convention constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by the National Convention and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city and the host CVB.
