Registration Rates & Policies
Please answer all questions on the registration form and hit the Complete Registration button on the final page. You should receive an email that confirms your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact events@thearc.org.
Full Registration
Includes all general and breakout sessions, meeting materials for the full convention, and advertised meals.

Support & Accommodations
We strive to create a fully inclusive event. Please note any accommodation needs during registration for consideration. Requests submitted less than 30 days before the event may not be guaranteed.
Cancellations
A cancellation fee of $100 will apply to all paid registrations. Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email by Friday, October 17, 2025, to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued after this date or for no-shows. Attendee substitutions are gladly accepted.

The Arc reserves the right to review and refund all registration fees it deems appropriate.
Transfers
To transfer your registration to another person, please submit a request via email to events@thearc.org.
On-site transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
Media & Usage Policy
By registering and attending, or participating in, The Arc’s National Convention, you agree to the use and distribution of your image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by The Arc National Convention and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host destination management organization.
