Members of the National Conference of Executives of The Arc (NCE) gather and present awards that recognize chapters of The Arc for their outstanding efforts to fulfill the mission, core values, and position statements of The Arc. Awards include the Rising Star Award, Outstanding Professional Achievement Award, Lifetime Achievement Award, and Executive Excellence Award

Member Rate Qualification*

In order to qualify for the member rate, you must have an active membership with an affiliated chapter of The Arc. If you receive the discounted rate and your membership is not active, and is not renewed before the event, the non-member rate will be assessed at the prevailing rate.


Employee of an Affiliated Chapter Rate Qualification**

In order to qualify for the chapter staff rate, you must employed by an affiliated chapter of The Arc and register using your official work email address.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations may be made for a full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee, if received up to 30 calendar days prior to the start of the event. If you cancel less than 30 days before, a credit for registration fees only will be provided for future events (ticketed events are non-refundable). A registration may be transferred to another person any time prior to the start of the event without penalty, pending approval from The Arc. Please email all cancellation notices to with the name of attendee, company name, reason for cancellation, payment method, phone and email. The Arc reserves the right to review and refund all registration fees it deems appropriate. No refunds for no-shows.


Privacy Policy

Attendees name, title, company, and contact information will be used by The Arc to invite you to future conferences and other events. The Arc will share your contact information with a select group of conference sponsors. While in attendance, you may be recorded (including photography, video, and audio recordings). These images and recordings may be used in the future to promote The Arc’s National Convention. Any feedback you provide to The Arc in the process of registration, on-site at the event, and after the event may be used to further promote The Arc’s National Convention.
