Be sure to pick up any tickets you might need to special events not included in registration such as our annual Film Festival, pre-conferences and luncheons. Information will be added and updated as it becomes available.

Register and pay for three full convention registrations, and receive your fourth free. That’s right—no cost for the fourth full registration! Just follow these easy steps:

  • Register and pay for three attendees.
  • Email robin@cmig.com the names of the three unique registrations and she will provide you with information on how to register the fourth for free!

All registrants must be members of The Arc and from the same Chapter, and all registrations must be paid in full to qualify for the one free registration. Pre-Conference and ticketed events are not included in this offer. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers. This offer does not expire, so your chapter can take advantage at any point before the convention.

FAMILY PASS

→ Register 2 individuals from the same family, Get the 3rd Free!

Register and pay for two full convention registrations and receive your third registration free. Just follow these easy steps:

  • Register and pay for two family members.

All attendees must be from the same household and all registrations must be paid in full to qualify for the discounted full convention registration. NON-PROFIT | SMALL BUSINESS PASS

Register and pay for three full convention registrations from your organization and receive your fourth full registration at a 50% discount off the current registration rate. Just follow these easy steps:

  • Register and pay for three attendees.

All attendees must be registered from the same organization/business and all packages must be paid in full to qualify for the discounted full convention registration. Registration Policies

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registration cancellations must be received in writing. Email your cancellation notice to Robin Powers, CMIG at robin@cmig.com.

  • Full refund less $25 processing fee: Cancellation must be received BEFORE 12:00 p.m. (EDT) on Monday, September 1, 2014. The $25 processing fee applies to all registration types.
  • 50% refund: Cancellations received AFTER 12:00 p.m. (EDT) on Monday, September 1, 2014. Refund will be based on your registration fee plus any tickets you may have purchased.

If you wish to receive a credit for a future convention, you must contact Robin Powers on or before September 19, 2014. No refunds or credits given to no shows.

Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend The Arc’s National Convention, you may transfer your registration to another person by sending an email to Robin Powers at robin@cmig.com with the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrants by 12:00 p.m. (EDT) on Friday, September 26, 2014. Substitutions may not be granted after this date.
