Raquel Jelinek

Based in Mexico, Raquel Jelinek is currently at the forefront of the national project for the inclusion of persons with intellectual disability of the Mexican Confederation of Organizations in Favor of the person with an intellectual disability, A.C. (Conference), is president of Inter-American Inclusion and Board Member of Inclusion International. Raquel is a psychologist, who graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), with postgraduate studies completed in the Masters in Higher Education of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the UNAM. Since 1969, she is on the academic staff of the Faculty of Psychology of the UNAM from 1969. She is committed to the promotion of the human rights of persons with intellectual disabilities and their families as part of the civil society and carrying out functions of service to the community, training and research in the UNAM through its Faculty of Psychology.
