Since 2013, Ilyse Kramer has worked as a Chapter Associate, linking chapters of The Arc to professional development resources that will enable them to better serve people with developmental disabilities and their families. She has contributed her skills in technical assistance, research, analysis, social media and website optimization to a variety of nonprofit and governmental organizations. She has a B.A. from Vassar College, and dual Masters’ Degrees in Library Information Science and Public Administration from The University of Washington. She has been involved with many local disability rights organizations including APSE, DC Public Library’s Adaptive Services, SchoolTalk, TASH, and USICD.
